From 00:01 on 31st December, North Yorkshire and York moved into tier 3. For information on tier 3 restrictions please visit the .GOV.UK website.

We are still awaiting more information about library regulations and whether browsing is allowed. Click and collect is still available as is booking computer time. We are still operating our community transport service for people without transport who need to attend medical appointments, including vaccinations and hospital and doctor appointments, as well as needing to carry out other necessary tasks.

In Nidderdale, there are many hospitality businesses. Please see below for the regulations as they relate to hospitality businesses, and for more information and links to business support.

Hospitality closures

Under tier 3 restrictions hospitality venues must close

To understand what support may be available for your business please visit the .GOV.UK website.

As soon as more localised information on business support is made available, we will share this information with you. We understand that this will be an incredibly difficult time for everyone.

It is essential that we adhere to the restrictions and work together to manage the spread of the virus. Hopefully, with vaccinations now being rolled out, the light will be appearing brighter at the end of the tunnel soon.
