Zoë Metcalfe, the new Police Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire and York, is currently considering proposals for the Fire Service’s new Risk and Resource Model, which sets out how the Service would seek to deploy its people, equipment, and resources.
The proposed changes aim to ensure communities get the services they need to help them be safe and feel safe in North Yorkshire and the City of York.
