We are holding a meeting on Tuesday 20th May from 2-4pm at the Pateley Bridge Council Chamber in Pateley Bridge where members of the Nidderdale business community can come along to have their say on the formation of a new Nidderdale Chamber of Commerce.
The new Chamber would be Nidderdale-wide and would be for all types of business, whether you are retail, a professional service, a hospitality business, or any kind of business.
At the meeting on the 20th May, we will have Martin Mann who is CEO of Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce (HDCC) giving a presentation about how HDCC operates; and also Michaela Young from North Yorkshire Council to talk about current funding opportunities and the wider business information networks and events that North Yorkshire businesses can benefit from. Michaela will also be talking about the inaugural North Yorkshire Business Week that is being held 16-20 June. For more information and how to book on to events click here.
There are lots of benefits for local businesses in being part of a Chamber of Commerce, and we hope you will take this opportunity to come along to take part in the discussion about getting the new Chamber off the ground.
The meeting is being held from 2-4pm on Tuesday 20th May at Pateley Bridge Town Council Chamber, The Old Workhouse, King St, Pateley Bridge HG3 5LE. To confirm your attendance, please email us at admin@nidderdaleplus.org.uk. We look forward to seeing you!
