We are very happy to announce that we have a new Hub Manager in post! Dickie Inman comes to us with a wealth of experience, having been a Captain in the Green Howards regiment for many years before moving on to management positions in the local care homes sector. He is a local man, and lives in Hampsthwaite with his family.
Nidd Plus has been through a year of change and transformation. We are now looking to Dickie to consolidate these changes and to manage the daily goings-on in our increasingly busy hub. What many people may not realise is that Nidderdale Plus runs on only 1.8 FTE paid members of staff and around 40 volunteers to run our local services. So the Hub Manager role is vital to ensure that services are coordinated efficiently and smoothly for the benefit of local residents and visitors.
We hope that residents will take the opportunity to drop by to say hello and welcome Dickie in his new role.
