The team who organise the annual NiddArt Trail are pressing ahead with new arrangements for holding the event. Please see the update from the team below to find out more.
“This year’s event will be different to other years due to the prevailing circumstances. Usually visitors come to us be it our homes, galleries or village/church halls to view artwork and sometimes artists at work.
We are feeling optimistic that when the ‘NiddArt exhibition’ goes on-line for the duration of August that there will be some benefits, such as attracting more people to visit and enjoy the wealth of artistic talent within the dale and potentially reach a national audience.
The optional theme is ‘Woodland’ in recognition of the 250 -year anniversary of the forming of the boundaries of Knaresborough Forest.
Artists have provided a profile and photographs of their work and/or studio to stimulate your appetite to visit all these wonderful venues in the foreseeable future. Contact details are available on each page if you are tempted to purchase.
We encourage you to visit the on-line exhibition at www.niddart.org.uk in support of all that Nidderdale artists have to offer.
